Once we have decided to work together, our basic monthly package will include a 90 minute onboarding call. During this call I will gather all of the information I need from you, such as access to bank accounts, your current accounting platform or excel sheet, and get all questions answered that either of us may have.
Once your books are all set up, we will review the current financial statements with you to confirm presentation. We want to ensure your financials will be a useful tool you actually use!
On a monthly basis we will record all of your income and expenses, reconcile your accounts to ensure accuracy, and send any questions we may have via email. Once we receive those answers, we will finish up the books, generate your reports and send them over to you by the 15th of each month.
